The Application Effect of the Tutor System in the Standardized Training of Nurses in the Department of Hematology
Objective To explore the application of the tutor system in the teaching work of standardized training of nurses in the department of hematology. Methods In this study,a total of 70 standardized training of nurses who rotated to the department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects. Each round of standardized trained nurses was divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 34 nurses in the control group and 36 nurses in the observation group. The control group received the traditional teaching mode, and the senior nurse guided the study and practice. The observation group implemented the tutor system teaching mode, and professional tutors were responsible for training and guidance.By comparing the theoretical knowledge, operational skills, comprehensive quality, and teaching satisfaction of nurses in both groups, the application effect of the mentorship teaching model in standardized nurse training was evaluated. Results The theoretical knowledge score[(93.00±2.28)points],operational skill score[(93.36±1.66)points],comprehensive quality assessment score[(97.11±1.47)points]and teaching satisfaction(100%)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group[theoretical knowledge score(89.65±6.71)points,operational skill score(91.44±3.93)points,comprehensive quality assessment score(94.18±2.89)points,and teaching satisfaction 83.60%,respectively],with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the tutor system teaching mode, standardized training of nurses in the department of hematology can be comprehensively improved in terms of theoretical knowledge, operational practice, and teamwork, thereby improving comprehensive nursing capabilities.
