Application of Nursing Quality Standard Stage Training in Neurosurgical Nursing Teaching
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing quality standard stage training in neurosurgery nursing teaching.Methods A total of 64 nursing students who practiced in neurosurgery department of Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University from July 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the sequence of the time of internship nursing students entering the department,a total of 33 internship nursing students who entered the department from July 2021 to February 2022 were included in the control group.A total of 31 intern nursing students who entered the department from April to November 2022 were included in the observation group.The control group was given the traditional neurosurgery teaching mode,while the observation group was given the nursing quality standards stage training for intern nursing students on the basis of the traditional teaching mode.The nursing abilities,theoretical and operational exam scores,and satisfaction with nursing teaching were compared between the two groups.Results The overall nursing quality,theoretical knowledge,basic nursing operations,and specialized nursing operation scores of the observation group's intern nursing students were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group's intern nursing students was 96.97%,significantly higher than control group(77.41%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In nursing teaching of neurosurgery,the nursing quality standards stage training enables the interns to master the nursing quality standards,let the standards guide the clinical work,stimulate the learning interest of the interns,meet the sense of participation,mobilize the work enthusiasm,enhance the comprehensive quality,lay the foundation for the work,improve the quality of clinical teaching,improve the teaching satisfaction,and have important significance for the development of nursing teaching.
