摘要

目的 评估三维解剖投影联合QLAB(quantitative light analysisand beamforming)在超声医学教学中的应用价值.方法 本次研究选取天水市第一人民医院超声科2016 年 6 月—2020 年 12 月的实习生、专科医师规范化培训(简称专培)学生 80 名,采用随机数字法将其分为试验组和对照组,各 40 名.试验组采用传统教学法,对照组采用三维解剖投影联合QLAB软件教学法.学习结束后,分别对2组学生超声解剖图像辨识考核和问卷调查,比较2组教学方法的效果.结果试验组满意度(95%)高于对照组(75%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组超声解剖图像辨识率(95%)高于对照组(70%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 三维解剖联合QLAB在超声医学教学更加规范、更加系统、更加完善,有利于提高教学满意度、超声解剖图像辨识率,增强学习兴趣.

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the application value of three-dimensional anatomical projection combined with QLAB(quantitative light analysisand beamforming)in ultrasound medicine teaching.Methods A total of 80 students from the ultrasound department of Tianshui First People's Hospital from June 2016 to December 2020 for standardized training of interns and specialists were selected(referred to as specialized training).They were divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number method,with 40 participants in each group.The traditional teaching method was adopted in the experimental group,the 3D anatomical projection combined with QLAB software teaching method was adoptedc in the control group.After the study,ultrasound anatomical image recognition assessments and questionnaire surveys were conducted on the learners of the two groups,and the effectiveness of the two teaching methods was compared.Results The satisfaction of experimental group(95%)was higher than that of control group(75%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recognition rate of ultrasonic anatomical images in experimental group(95%)was higher than that in control group(70%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of 3D anatomy and QLAB in ultrasound medical teaching is more standardized,systematic,and comprehensive,which is conducive to improving teaching satisfaction,ultrasound anatomical image recognition rate,and enhancing learning interest.
