Application Practice of Three-Dimensional Anatomy Combined With QLAB in Ultrasound Medicine Teaching
Objective To evaluate the application value of three-dimensional anatomical projection combined with QLAB(quantitative light analysisand beamforming)in ultrasound medicine teaching. Methods A total of 80 students from the ultrasound department of Tianshui First People's Hospital from June 2016 to December 2020 for standardized training of interns and specialists were selected(referred to as specialized training). They were divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number method, with 40 participants in each group. The traditional teaching method was adopted in the experimental group, the 3D anatomical projection combined with QLAB software teaching method was adoptedc in the control group. After the study, ultrasound anatomical image recognition assessments and questionnaire surveys were conducted on the learners of the two groups, and the effectiveness of the two teaching methods was compared. Results The satisfaction of experimental group(95%)was higher than that of control group(75%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recognition rate of ultrasonic anatomical images in experimental group(95%)was higher than that in control group(70%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of 3D anatomy and QLAB in ultrasound medical teaching is more standardized, systematic, and comprehensive, which is conducive to improving teaching satisfaction, ultrasound anatomical image recognition rate, and enhancing learning interest.
