Application of"Student-Centered"Amoeba Management Mode in Otorhinolaryngology Teaching Management
Objective To study the teaching effect of"student-centered"amoeba management model in clinical teaching management of otolaryngology department.Methods A total of 216 clinical medicine students of grade 2017 in Harbin Medical University from March 2021 to May 2021 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 108 students in each group.The experimental group was taught with the"student-centered"amoeba management mode,while the control group was taught with the traditional face-to-face teaching method.After the completion of the required teaching courses to participate in the examination,the theoretical scores,skill scores,final scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in terms of final theory scores,final practical examination scores and total scores(P<0.05),and the course satisfaction,learning initiative and learning effect of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching of amoeba management mode based on"student-centered"can improve the autonomous learning ability and practical ability of otolaryngology undergraduates,stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of students'learning,and finally obtain good learning results.
