The Application of Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion in the Undergraduate Teaching of Health Service Management Course
In view of the current imbalance and differentiation of"teaching"and"learning"in Health Service Management,in order to further create high-quality classrooms with vitality and growth,this study carries out PAD teaching practice based on the characteristics of the curriculum,divides the teaching process into three stages and five links,which has strong operability and practicality,and achieves unity in the division of power and responsibility between"teaching"and"learning".It not only enables teachers to explain the theory of health management,but also stimulates students'thinking vitality.It is a teaching mode that conforms to the characteristics of health management.The relationship between"teaching"and"learning"is balanced,teaching ideas are expanded,teachers'teaching ability is enhanced,students'subjective consciousness is enhanced,and the depth and breadth of learning are further expanded.
