Current Situation and Thinking of Post-doctoral Training in a Maternity and Obstetrics Hospital in Nanjing
Post-doctoral personnel training is an important force to promote the high-quality development of hospitals.This paper has summarized the recruitment of post-doctoral talents in Nanjing Women and Children's Healthcare Hospital,the scientific research output during the station,and a series of measures formulated by the hospital for the training of post-doctoral talents,and has analyzed the problems in the management of post-doctoral doctors in the hospital,such as small recruitment scale,incomplete assessment mechanism,and relatively few training supporting systems.On this basis,some suggestions are put forward to improve the training of post-doctoral talents.This study insists on both induction and breeding to broaden the recruitment channels;pay equal attention to use and training,consolidate the professional foundation;strengthen the construction of management echelons and do a good job in the later stage;improve the post-doctoral incentive mechanism and strengthen talent guidance.In order to further optimize the management of hospital postdoctoral talents,and provide reference for improving the quality of hospital post-doctoral talents training.
