中文摘要：口腔医学专业学位研究生住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)是我国口腔高等人才培养中的重要部分.住培过程时间紧、任务重,培养模式需要进行不断的改革优化.在立德树人的教育理念下,思政教育应融入口腔住培中,成为一种综合性的教育教学理念.文章在培养"全人型"口腔医学人才时,除了强调医学岗位胜任力,还注重将思政元素有机融入教育过程中,以促进住院医师身心的全面健康发展.文章总结分析了国内口腔专业型硕士学位研究生住院医师规范化培训阶的段思政教育现状,讨论了口腔医学人才思政教育的意义,探索"全人型"口腔人才培养目标下,思政教育的优化目标及可行路径.

外文摘要：The standardized training of resident physicians for professional degree of oral medicine is an important part of the training of oral higher talents in China.Due to the tight time and heavy tasks,the training model needs to be reformed and optimized continuously.Ideological and political education should be integrated into oral education and become a comprehensive education and teaching concept under the education idea of cultivating people by virtue.In the training of"whole-person"stomatology talents,this paper emphasizes not only the competence of medical posts,but also the organic integration of ideological and political elements into the education process,so as to promote the comprehensive and healthy development of residents'body and mind.This paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of the education of the section of ideological and political education in the standardized training level of resident doctors of the professional master degree in stomatology,discusses the significance of ideological and political education of stomatology talents,and explores the optimization goal and feasible path of ideological and political education under the training goal of"whole-person"oral talents.
