The standardized training of resident doctors is an important part of the vocational education of medical students and the only way to train qualified sonographer.How to improve the effectiveness of standardized training and teaching of resident ultrasound doctors is worth in-depth discussion and research.Based on the teaching characteristics of ultrasonic medicine in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University,this paper summarize the experience of teaching process,this article also proposes to improve the teaching effect of living training by strengthening the theoretical study of residents,emphasizing practical operation,stimulating scientific thinking,personalized teaching,one by one teaching,improving the level of teaching physicians,cultivating humanistic qualities of living doctors and strengthen discipline construction and publicity,so as to improve the teaching effect of residential training,improve the teaching quality,and promote the development of ultrasonic medical and health undertakings.
