Standardized Training Practices From the Perspective of Pathology Residents
Pathology is a bridge discipline between basic medicine and clinical medicine.Pathological diagnosis is recognized as the"gold standard"of disease diagnosis.The standardized training of clinical pathology residents is not only the basic link of the construction of pathologists,but also the only way for a qualified pathologist to grow up.Therefore,pathologist resident training has its particularity and importance.From the perspective of pathological residents,this paper summarizes the practice experience of residents in standardized training:they should clarify the learning objectives at the beginning of the residential training,consolidate the skills of pathologic sampling and diagnosis,cultivate scientific research thinking,improve management ability,fully understand the essence of life,always maintain a heart of benevolence,uphold the working attitude of"lifelong learning"and constantly improve their diagnosis level,so as to ensure the medical safety of patients and grow into a qualified pathology resident.
