微媒体结合翻转课堂在医学机能学实验教学中的应用研究

目的 探究微媒体结合翻转课堂在医学机能学实验教学中的实施效果.方法 选择 2021 年 9 月—2021 年12 月内蒙古医科大学 2019 级临床医学 1 班学生作为研究对象,共 40 名.本研究机能学综合实验"急性右心功能不全及抢救"和"急性肝性脑病及抢救"采用微媒体结合翻转课堂,实现线上线下教学的有机结合."急性呼吸功能不全及抢救"和"急性肾功能不全及抢救"采用传统教学模式.通过问卷软件进行调查,完成学生对传统教学模式和新的教学模式课程满意度的调查,并对比两种教学模式下学生实验报告成绩.结果 72.5%(29/40)的学生认为医学机能学综合实验课程非常重要,92.5%(37/40)的学生认为这门实验课对于学生整合相关理论知识,将知识系统化很有帮助;45%(18/40)的学生对传统教学方法非常满意,50%(20/40)的学生比较满意.5%(2/40)的学生认为传统教学方法教学效果一般.对于新的教学模式的实施,有 95%的学生持支持态度.92.5%的学生认为翻转课堂的实施提高了其自身查阅资料、整合知识点的能力.87.5%(35/40)的学生认为新的教学模式有利于掌握理论和实验的知识重点.翻转课堂的报告优秀率为 68%(27/40),优于传统教学[43%(17/40)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 微媒体结合翻转课堂在医学机能学实验教学中的应用,提升了教学效果,激发了学生的学习兴趣与主动性,提高了教学满意度、实践能力和解决问题的能力.
Application Research of Micro-Media Combined With Flipped Classroom in the Experimental Teaching of Medical Functional Experiments
Objective To explore the implementation effect of micro-media combined with flipped classroom in the comprehensive experimental teaching of functional science.Methods A total of 40 students from Class 1 of clinical medicine in Inner Mongolia Medical University from September 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.In this study,micro-media combined with flipped classroom to realize the organic combination of online and offline teaching was adopted in the integrative experiments of"acute right heart dysfunction and rescue"and"acute hepatic encephalopathy and rescue".The traditional teaching mode was adopted in the"acute respiratory insufficiency and rescue"and"acute renal insufficiency and rescue".Questionnaire survey was carried out by the software to complete the survey of students'satisfaction with the traditional teaching mode and the new teaching mode,and the results of students'experimental report under the two teaching modes were compared.Results 72.5%(29/40)of the students believed that the comprehensive experimental course of medical mechanics was very important,and 92.5%(37/40)of the students believed that this experimental course was very helpful for students to integrate relevant theoretical knowledge and systemize knowledge.45%(18/40)of the students are very satisfied with traditional teaching methods,and 50%(20/40)of the students are somewhat satisfied.5%(2/40)of the students think that traditional teaching methods are not effective.95%of students supported the implementation of the new teaching mode.92.5%of the students believed that the implementation of flipped classroom improved their ability to consult materials and integrate knowledge points.87.5%(35/40)of the students believed that the new teaching mode is conducive to mastering the theoretical and experimental knowledge focus.The reported excellent ratio of flipped classroom was 68%(27/40),which was better than traditional teaching[43%(17/40)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of micro-media combined with flipped classroom in the experimental teaching of medical kinesiology has improved the teaching effect,stimulated students'learning interest and initiative,and improved teaching satisfaction,practical ability and problem-solving ability.
