Discussion on Cultivation Mode of Humanistic Literacy of Graduate Students With Clinical Medical Master's Degree
The modern medical model of"physiology-psychology-society-environment"emphasizes the importance of humanistic literacy in the training of medical postgraduates.Under the current combined cultivation mode,the training of graduate students with clinical medical master's degree in China has unreasonable humanities curriculum settings,the training of humanistic literacy is not paid enough attention in the training hospital.This paper takes clinical medical master's degree graduate students in the affiliated hospital of Qingdao University as the research object,designs a questionnaire on medical humanities literacy to explore the current situation of humanistic literacy clinical medical master's degree graduate students under the combined cultivation mode,and constructs a four-in-one medical"school-hospital-discipline-professional master",to improve the comprehensive quality of clinical medical master's degree graduate students,so as to better adapt to the trend and requirements of medical education development.
