Application of Various Blended Teaching Modes in Clinical Practice Teaching
Objective To explore the application effects of problem-based learning(PBL)and case-based learning(CBL)combined with situational experience multimedia in clinical practice teaching. Methods From September 2020 to January 2021,a total of 80 clinical undergraduate interns of grade 2016 in Jiamusi University were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups, with 40 interns in each group.Situational experience multimedia combined with PBL and CBL teaching mode was received in Group A,traditional teaching was received in Group B.After 4 months of learning with different teaching methods, students in 2 groups were assessed on clinical skills, clinical theory and case analysis ability. Then, the assessment results were statistically analyzed. Results The scores of clinical skill + clinical theory in group A were higher than those in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The test result of case analysis ability in group A was better than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion PBL and CBL combined with situational experience multimedia various blended teaching modes can significantly improve clinical practice students'clinical theoretical knowledge, clinical skills and case analysis ability.
