Observation on the Application Effect of Integrated Role Teaching Method in Operating Room Nursing Teaching
Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of integrated role teaching method in nursing teaching in operating room.Methods A total of 122 nursing students from Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.The nursing students who studied from December 2021 to March 2022 were divided into the study group,and those who studied from August 2021 to November 2021 were divided into the control group,with 61 nursing students in each group.The integrated role teaching method was adopted in the study group after completing the theoretical teaching,and the conventional operating room nursing teaching method was adopted in the control group after completing the theoretical teaching.The nursing ability of the two groups of nursing students in the operating room before and after teaching(mastery of nursing knowledge related to the operating room,operation of practical operation skills related to the operating room,interest in the process of nursing teaching in the operating room,and teachers'learning compliance with nursing students in the teaching of nursing in the operating room)were compared,the evaluation of nursing students and teachers on nursing teaching in operating room was investigated.Results After teaching,the mastery of relevant nursing knowledge in the operating room,the operation of relevant practical operation skills in the operating room,the interest in the teaching process of operating room nursing,and the score of the teacher on the learning compliance of nursing students in the operating room nursing teaching in the 2 groups were improved compared with that before teaching,and the study group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the evaluation of learning effect(improve learning efficiency,improve learning interest)and teaching method(easy to understand and accept,more familiar with operating room nursing),the total agreement rate of nursing students in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while the disagreement rate was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the relevant evaluation of learning effect(high cooperation degree of nursing students,reasonable curriculum design)and teaching methods(vivid,interesting,simple and easy to understand),the full consent rate of teachers in the research group was higher than that in the control group,but the disapproval rate was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In operating room nursing teaching,the application of integrated role teaching method can significantly improve nursing students'mastery of operating room related nursing knowledge,operation of operating room related practical operation skills,interest in the process of operating room nursing teaching,teachers'learning compliance of nursing students in operating room nursing teaching,reduce the bad mood of operating patients,improve the comfort of patients,make nursing students more acceptable and have better learning effect,For the teaching teachers,the teaching is simpler,the cooperation of nursing students is high,and the effect is ideal.
