CBL教学法在妇产科住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用

目的 探讨案例式教学法(case-based learning,CBL)对妇产科专业住院医师规范化培训(简称"住培")学生综合素质培训的影响.方法 选取2018年9月—2022 年 9 月于中国人民解放军总医院第一医学中心妇产科进行住培的学生为研究对象,共纳入 46 名无临床经验的住培生,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组 23 名.观察组接受CBL教学法,对照组接受传统教学模式.培训 8 周后对 2 组住培生进行理论与技能考核、综合能力评价,并开展住培生对教学方法的满意度调查.结果 (1)观察组出科理论与技能考核成绩均高于对照组[(91.91±4.32)分 vs.(81.70±5.23 分)]、[(90.78±4.40)分 vs.(85.30±6.83)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组沟通协调能力、应急处理能力、主动学习能力、科研探索能力等综合能力评价均优于对照组,平均得分分别为[(22.35±1.27)分 vs.(19.87±2.38)分]、[(22.70±1.15)分 vs.(20.61±1.88)分]、[(21.65±1.56)分 vs.(19.61±2.08)分]、[(22.26±1.42)分 vs.(19.78±1.31)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);(3)对照组对教学方法的满意度为 91.30%(21/23),观察组的满意度为95.65%(22/23),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 CBL教学模式可有效提高妇产科住培生理论知识及临床技能掌握程度,优化住培生综合素质.且CBL教学法教学满意度评价不亚于传统教学方法.
The Application of CBL Teaching Method in the Standardized Training Teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology Residents
Objective To explore the influence of case-based learning(CBL)teaching method on the comprehensive quality training of the standardized training teaching of obstetrics and gynecology residents.Methods Participants who received standardized resident training in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of the First Medical Center of the Chinese People's Liberation Army General Hospital from September 2018 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.A total of 46 students with no clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology were randomly divided into two groups of 23 students(observation group and control group).The observation group received CBL method,while the control group received traditional teaching only.When the training was over after 8 weeks,the evaluation of students'comprehensive ability was carried out through theory and skill test,and satisfaction with teaching methods of students was investigated.Results(1)The scores of final theory and skill test in the observation group were both higher than those in the control group[(91.91±4.32)points vs.(81.70±5.23)points]and[(90.78±4.40)points vs.(85.30±6.83)points]and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The students in the observation group were better than those in the control group in four aspects:communication and coordination ability,emergency handling ability,active learning ability and scientific research ability,and the mean scores were[(22.35±1.27)points vs.(19.87±2.38)points,(22.70±1.15)points vs.(20.61±1.88)points,(21.65±1.56)points vs.(19.61±2.08)points,(22.26±1.42)points vs.(19.78±1.31)points],and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The satisfaction of students in the control group was 91.30%(21/23),and that in the observation group was 95.65%(22/23),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion CBL teaching method can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge and clinical skills of residential students,as well as optimize the comprehensive level of them.In addition,satisfaction evaluation for CBL method is no less than the traditional teaching method.
