全程管理结合PBL教学法在放射肿瘤科住培中的应用

放射肿瘤科住院医师规范化培训中,由于学科交叉复杂、教学内容繁多等问题,传统教学方式难以全面培养学员对放射治疗全程及专业技能的深入理解.为解决此困境,本研究创新性地结合了肿瘤全程管理与基于问题的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)两种教学模式.肿瘤全程管理让学员从疾病诊断至随访全过程参与患者治疗,了解并掌握放射治疗完整流程和关键操作,如靶区勾画、剂量设定等;而PBL教学法则通过在各环节设置针对性问题,激发学员自主学习与讨论解决问题的能力.实践表明,在广东省人民医院放射肿瘤科采用该教学法培训的住院医师规范化培训(简称"住培")学员,其理论知识考核、技能操作成绩优秀,并对教学满意度极高.这一新型教学方法有效提升了学员对放射肿瘤学专业知识和临床技能的掌握程度,同时也增强了其临床思维能力、动手能力和医患沟通技巧.因此,肿瘤全程管理结合PBL的教学模式在放射肿瘤科住院医师规范化培训中展现出显著优势.
Application of Whole Management Combined With PBL Teaching Method in Residential Training of Radiotherapy Oncology
In the standardized training of radiation oncology residents in the radiation oncology department,traditional teaching methods are difficult to comprehensively cultivate students'deep understanding of the entire process and professional skills of radiation therapy due to complex interdisciplinary and diverse teaching content.To address this dilemma,this study innovatively combines two teaching modes:tumor full process management and problem-based learning(PBL).The full process management of tumors allows students to participate in patient treatment from disease diagnosis to follow-up,understand and master the complete process and key operations of radiation therapy,such as target area delineation,dose setting,etc;PBL,on the other hand,stimulates students'ability to learn independently and discuss problem-solving by setting targeted questions at each stage.Practice has shown that trainees trained using this teaching method in the radiotherapy department of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital have excellent performance in theoretical knowledge assessment and skill operation,and high satisfaction with teaching.This new teaching method effectively enhances the mastery of radiation oncology professional knowledge and clinical skills among students,while also enhancing their clinical thinking ability,hands-on ability,and doctor-patient communication skills.Therefore,the teaching mode of combining tumor full process management with PBL has shown significant advantages in standardized training of resident physicians in the radiation oncology department.
