目的 了解本科护生老化知识水平,对老年人的态度以及影响因素,为构建老年护理实践教学模式提供依据.方法 2022 年 11 月—2023 年 1 月,选择齐齐哈尔医学院 2020 级护理学专业 136 名本科护生为研究对象,均为护理学专业全日制四年制本科护生,采用一般资料调查表、老化知识量表(the facts of aging quiz,FAQ)、老年人态度量表(Kogan's attitude toward old people scale,KAOP)对其进行在线调查.结果 本科护生老化知识量表总均分为(9.28±4.15)分,低于及格线 15 分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同分组间结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).老年人态度量表总分为(117.50±17.94)分,有老年人照顾经历和有继续与老年人同住意愿的护生老年人态度量表得分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).多元线性回归结果显示有继续与老年人同住意愿是护生对老年人态度的主要影响因素.结论 本科护生老化知识掌握程度不高,对老年人的态度整体为中性偏积极.高等护理教育工作者应积极提升本科护生老化知识水平,培养护生对老年人的积极态度.
A Survey on Aging Knowledge Level and Attitudes Towards the Elderly Among Undergraduate Nursing Students
Objective To understand the level of undergraduate nursing students about aging knowledge,their attitude towards the elderly and the influencing factors,so as to provide the basis for constructing the practical teaching model of elderly nursing.Methods A total of 136 undergraduate nursing students,all full-time four-year undergraduate nursing students of Qiqihar Medical College,majoring in nursing in the class of 2020,were selected as the study subjects from November 2022 to January 2023,and were surveyed online using the general information questionnaire,the facts of aging quiz(FAQ),and the attitude toward old people scale(Kogan's attitude toward old people scale,KAOP)were used to survey them online.Results The total average score of the aging knowledge scale for undergraduate nursing students was(9.28±4.15)points,which was 15 points lower than the passing line,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in results between different groups(P>0.05).The total score of the attitude scale for the elderly was(117.50±17.94)points.Nursing students with experience of caring for the elderly and willingness to continue living with the elderly had higher scores on the attitude scale for the elderly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression showed that the willingness to continue living with the elderly was the main factor affecting the attitude of nursing students towards the elderly.Conclusion Undergraduate nursing students do not have a high level of mastery of aging knowledge,and their overall attitude towards the elderly is neutral to positive.Higher nursing educators should actively improve the level of aging knowledge among undergraduate nursing students and cultivate a positive attitude towards the elderly among nursing students.
