The Application of"Driving License Scoring"Process Management Scheme for Clinical Nursing Teachers
Objective To explore the application effect of the process management scheme of"driving license scoring"in clinical nursing teaching.Methods A total of 66 clinical nursing teachers and 85 nursing students from the critical illness section of Deyang People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected with convenience sampling method and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The conventional teaching management method was adopted in the control group;on the basis of the control group,the process management scheme of"driving license scoring"was implemented in the observation group.The teaching abilities of the two groups of clinical nursing teachers,the scores of the theoretical and operational skills assessments for nursing students upon the completion of their internship,as well as the satisfaction levels towards the teaching mentors,were compared.Results The scores of teaching quality[(3.07±0.42)points],teaching content/skill[(3.50±0.29)points],teaching method[(3.27±0.41)points]and teaching attitude[(3.82±0.25)points]in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[(2.77±0.34)points,(3.30±0.29)points,(3.05±0.42)points,(3.63±0.28)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After practice,the theoretical test scores[(84.97±6.73)points],the operational skills test scores[(7.84±0.51)points]and the satisfaction scores of the teachers[(4.68±0.09)points]in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[(81.44±9.35)points,(7.56±0.70)points(4.20±0.06)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the implementation of the"driving license scoring"process management program for clinical nursing teachers,the teaching ability and satisfaction of clinical nursing teachers can be effectively improved,and the theoretical knowledge and skill operation level of interns can be improved.This program standardizes and promotes the healthy development of teaching work through quantification,continuous supervision and corresponding punishment,and is worth popularizing and applying.
