Design and Application of Nurse Training Program in Primary Hospitals Based on Medical Consortium
Objective To design a training program for nurses based on medical consortium and evaluate its application effect. Methods A total of 26 nurses from grass-roots hospitals who were trained and studied in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Luohe Medical College from June to December 2022 were selected as the research objects, and the assessment results of the nurses before and after the training and the evaluation of the training effect were compared. Results The theoretical scores[(74.96±6.88)points]and operational skill scores[(93.15±1.22)points]of nurses after training were higher than those before training[(58.42±6.33)points,(88.35±4.20)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After the training, the participating nurses'condition observation and evaluation ability[(16.08±0.25)points]clinical thinking ability[(21.77±2.18)points],clinical nursing operation skill[(26.11±0.20)points],communication and coordination ability[(8.08±0.12)points],and emergency handling ability assessment score[(7.85±0.15)points,(14.15±0.29)points,(16.31±0.36)points,(25.19±0.25)points,(7.50±0.14)points,(6.31±0.16)points]were higher than those before the training, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the training, the satisfaction rate of the participating nurses on the comprehensive evaluation of the training effect was 92.3%.Conclusion The training program for nurses in primary hospitals based on medical consortium is practical and operable, which can effectively improve the basic theoretical level and clinical practice ability of nurses in primary hospitals, and be widely recognized by students, which can provide reference for member hospitals to carry out nurse training in medical consortium.
