Exploration and Reflections on a Competency-Based Oriented Verifiable Self-Study Continuing Education Model for Pediatric Anesthesia Specialties
Continuing medical education is an activity to maintain,expand and improve the medical knowledge,skills and professional ability of professionals,and it is an important way to improve medical professional's own knowledge and skills,and the verifiable self-study mode is a lifelong learning mode with personal development needs as the core,self-study as the guiding,and improvement of job competency as the goal,and it is a powerful initiative to promote the reform of China's continuing education.Aiming at the implementation of the verifiable self-learning continuing education model in the department of anesthesiology in Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from 2022-2023,this article formulated the education form and content of the verifiable self-learning continuing education model in the department of anesthesiology,and optimized the credit management by using modern education methods.In addition,the article conduct the horizontal comparative analysis of the continuing education credits in 2022 and 2023,and summarized the relevant experience in the implementation of this continuing education model,put forward the optimization measures,aims to provide a basis for further promotion and application of the verified self-learning model in medical continuing education.
