Practice and Reflection on Integration the Holistic Integration Concept Into the Hepatobiliary Pancreatic Surgery Teaching
With the advent of the new era of the 21st century,people's demand for improving the quality of life is growing,and the medical field has ushered in a"new era"of development.However,the problems facing clinical medical education still cannot be ignored.The text comprehensively combs many years of clinical medicine teaching experience,deeply analyzes the difficulties and drawbacks in clinical teaching,and elaborates the main problems faced by current clinical education.In view of the current situation and problems of clinical education,this paper takes hepatobiliary pancreatic surgery teaching as an example,integrates the"holistic integration concept"into it,and forms a new teaching mode.After one year of educational practice,a total of 44 clinical interns of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University/Suzhou Dushu Lake Hospital have accepted this new model of education.This model organically integrates the scientific research and clinical,theory and practice of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery-related diseases,as well as the knowledge among clinical departments,creates a creative learning atmosphere,effectively stimulates students'learning interest and initiative,helps medical students to master the basic knowledge and clinical characteristics of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery-related diseases in a comprehensive and systematic way,and cultivates their correct thinking ability.And then improve their ability of comprehensive analysis of problems.
