中文摘要：文章结合当前肿瘤学精准诊疗发展现状与我国肿瘤学住院医师规范化培训教学现状,分析基于内科学住培模式开展的肿瘤学住培教学在顺应肿瘤精准个体化医疗发展方面所面临的一些挑战,比如缺乏肿瘤专科基础理论学习、专科培训时间过短、专科临床诊疗知识掌握不足、无法紧密追踪肿瘤学前沿、无法满足肿瘤诊疗模式变化等问题,探索肿瘤学住培模式的优化策略,从培训计划上适当增加肿瘤科转轮时间,提高肿瘤临床知识学习效率,从教学模式上将基于问题的学习模式、基于案例的学习模式等传统教学模式应用到肿瘤精准医疗教学中,丰富且立体化肿瘤精准医学教学,培养具有精准医学思维、能够为患者提供最佳个体化治疗策略的肿瘤专科医师.

外文摘要：Combining the current development status of oncology precision diagnosis and treatment with the current status of standardized training and teaching for oncology residents in China,this paper analyzes some challenges faced by oncology residential training teaching based on the internal medicine residential training model in adapting to the development of precision individualized medicine for tumors.For example,problems such as lack of basic theoretical study in oncology,short training time in oncology,insufficient grasp of clinical diagnosis and treatment knowledge in oncology,inability to closely track the frontier of oncology,and inability to meet the changes in tumor diagnosis and treatment mode are discussed.The optimization strategy of oncology resident training mode is explored,and the rotation time of oncology department is appropriately increased from the training plan to improve the efficiency of tumor clinical knowledge learning.From the teaching mode,traditional teaching modes such as problem-based learning mode and case-based learning mode are applied to tumor precision medicine teaching,enriching and three-dimensional tumor precision medicine teaching,and cultivating tumor specialists who have precision medicine thinking and can provide patients with the best individualized treatment strategy.
