Discussion on the Pathway of Improving the Ideological and Political Literacy of Medical College Teachers by Micro Party Class
To strengthen the ideological and political education of medical college teachers in the new era and actively respond to the reform of the construction of college teachers in the new era,this paper proposes a new path to improve the ideological and political accomplishment of medical college teachers in micro party class from five aspects:clarifying the teaching objectives of micro party class,constructing the teaching platform of micro-party class,innovating the teaching subject of micro-party class,enriching the teaching content of micro-party class and perfecting the multi-party coordination system.This new path breaks the traditional limitation that only leading cadres of Party members give Party lessons,and encourages everyone to be the Party lesson leader.By recording videos and using new media platforms to promote and push,the learning method is more flexible and diversified,the learning content is more enriched,and the learning effect is more significant.This measure provides a new way to strengthen the ideological and political education of medical college teachers in the new era.To strengthen the ideological and political education of medical college teachers and actively respond to the reform of the construction of university teachers in the new era,the paper proposes a new path to improve the ideological and political accomplishment of medical college teachers through micro-party class from five aspects:clarifying the teaching objectives of micro party class,building the teaching platform of micro party class,innovating the teaching subject of the micro party class,enriching the teaching content of the micro party class and perfecting the multi party coordination system.This path breaks the constraint of Party members'leading cadres giving Party lessons and singing"one-man show".Everyone lectured Party lessons,recorded videos,and promoted them on new media platforms.The learning method is more flexible,the learning content is more substantial,and the learning effect is more effective,providing new ideas for strengthening the ideological and political education of teachers in medical colleges in the new era.
