"史思结合"式教学在口腔正畸学中的思考与探索

在如今高校教育革新的大背景下,如何实现思政课程与课程思政同向同行成为近年热点.口腔正畸学作为一门技术依赖性强的学科,了解其历史发展将有助学生理清学科脉络、挖掘科研思维,然而目前学科历史教学常常得不到重视."史思结合"式教学将为解决该问题提供新方法."史思结合"式口腔正畸学教学模式将学科历史与课程思政有机结合,通过以历史发展脉络为核心讲述技术更迭历程,并着重讲述学科发展中的中国故事,旨在培养学生的创新思维与民族自豪感,提高学生的医师职业精神,增强课堂趣味性,为培育下一代医德兼备的正畸医生打下基础.具体课堂形式还可与情景模拟、翻转课堂、问题导向式教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)及案例导向式教学法(case-based learning,CBL)等形式相结合.通过探索"史思结合"式教学理念及表现形式将有利于填补正畸思政的缺口,为广大教育工作者提供课程创新思路.
Thinking and Exploration on"Combination of History With Ideological and Political Education"Teaching in Orthodontics
Under the circumstance of the educational reform of colleges and universities,how to realize the ideological and political courses and professional courses has become a hot topic in recent years.As a subject highly dependent on technology,the teaching of historical development of orthodontics will help students to clarify the subject context and explore the scientific thinking.However,the teaching of orthodontic history is often neglected.The teaching of"combination of history with ideological and political education"provides with a new method to this problem.The teaching mode of"combination of history with ideological and political education"of orthodontics organically combines discipline history with ideology and politics courses.Through telling the process of technological change and especially focusing on Chinese stories during the development of the discipline,the teaching mode aims to cultivate students'innovative thinking and national confidence,improve students'professional spirit of doctors,and enhance the interest of the class,which may be of great help in laying a foundation for cultivating the next generation of orthodontists with high medical ethics.To be specific,the lecture form can also combine with drama,flipped classroom,problem-based learning,case-based learning and so on.It is be of great importance to explore the teaching concept and form of"combination of history with ideological and political education",which may fill the gap between orthodontic courses and ideological and political education,and may provide innovative curriculum ideas for the educators.
