基于医疗安全不良事件的口腔临床教学模式探索及应用

摘要
医疗不良事件是临床工作中最易出错的关键环节,具有代表性和典型性.传统教学模式在提升实习医师和住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)医师的临床诊疗思维及综合学习能力方面显得较为缓慢.为了更有效地锻炼学生的临床诊疗思维和实践综合能力,培养出更具岗位胜任力的口腔医学生,文章将合适的医疗安全不良事件案例引入口腔颌面外科的临床教学中.口腔上颌窦交通是牙槽外科门诊常见并发症之一,文章以拔牙致上颌窦交通的医疗安全不良事件为出发点,结合问题导向教学法(problem-based learning,PBL),由事件引出问题,学生查阅资料,并进行头脑风暴,师生共同进行讨论并解决问题.结果发现这种教学方式激发了学生的学习兴趣,激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高临床思维等综合素质.基于医疗安全不良事件的口腔临床教学,是口腔颌面外科临床教学的有效方式.
Abstract
Medical adverse events are the most error-prone key link in clinical work,which is representative and typical.The traditional teaching mode is relatively slow in improving the clinical thinking and comprehensive learning ability of doctors in the standardized training of interns and residents.In order to train students'clinical thinking and practice ability more effectively,and train stomatology students with more post competence,this paper introduces appropriate cases of medical safety adverse events into the clinical teaching of oral and maxillofacial surgery.Oral maxillary sinus traffic is one of the common complications in the outpatient department of alveolar surgery.This paper takes the medical safety adverse events caused by maxillary sinus traffic caused by tooth extraction as the starting point and combines with problem-based learning(PBL)to elicit problems from the events.Students consult materials and brainstorm,and teachers and students can discuss and solve the problems together.The results show that this teaching method stimulates students'interest in learning,stimulates students'interest in learning,and improves their comprehensive quality such as clinical thinking.Oral clinical teaching based on medical safety adverse events is an effective way of oral and maxillofacial surgery clinical teaching.
