摘要

目的 研究"以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)+案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)+灌输式学习法(lecture-based learning,LBL)"三位一体教学法在课程思政教学中的应用效果.方法 在福建中医药大学 2021 年 9 月—2023 年 12 月参与《中医妇科学》课程学习的所有班级中随机抽取 2 个班级纳入研究,其中 1 个班级的 55 名学生接受"LBL+PBL+CBL"三位一体教学法教学并纳入研究组,另外 1 个班级的 79名学生接受传统教学法教学并纳入对照组,比较 2 组的教学效果、教师对学生的评价以及学生对教学模式的满意程度.结果 研究组学生的理论知识与思政素养评分[(89.45±3.28)分、(90.65±3.14)分]均高于对照组[(85.79±4.16)分、(86.34±3.29)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).研究组学生在学习积极性、自主学习能力、独立思考能力、灵活运用能力、临床思维能力 5 个维度的教师评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).研究组学生对所接受教学的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 将"LBL+PBL+CBL"三位一体教学法应用于《中医妇科学》的课程思政教学,能够有效提升学生的理论成绩与思政素养,增加其学习积极性,同时提高其自主学习、独立思考、灵活运用以及临床思维能力,进而取得更高的教学满意度,提高学生综合素养,促进其全面发展.

Abstract

Objective To study the application effect of trinity teaching method of problem-based learning(PBL)+case-based learning(CBL)+lecture-based learning(LBL)in curriculum ideological and political education.Methods A total of 2 classes were randomly selected from all classes participating in the course of Traditional Chinese Medicine Gynecology at Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to December 2023 for inclusion in the study.Among them,a total of 55 students from one class received the"LBL+PBL+CBL"trinity teaching method and were included in the study group,while 79 students from the other class received traditional teaching method and were included in the control group.The teaching effects,teacher evaluations of students,and student satisfaction with the teaching mode were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge and ideological and political literacy scores of the students of research group were(89.45±3.28)points and(90.65±3.14)points,which were higher than(85.79±4.16)points and(86.34±3.29)points of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001).The teacher ratings of students in the research group in 5 dimensions of learning motivation,self-learning ability,independent thinking ability,flexible application ability,and clinical thinking ability were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The overall satisfaction of students in the research group with the teaching they received was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the ideological and political education of Traditional Chinese Medicine Gynecology,"LBL+PBL+CBL"trinity modes can effectively improve the student's theoretical knowledge,ideological and political quality,learning initiatives,autonomous learning,independent thinking,flexible use and clinical thinking ability,learning satisfaction,comprehensive quality and all-round development.
