目的 探讨基于在线平台的以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)教学法在神经康复课程线上教学中的应用效果.方法 选取 2021 年 2 月—2022 年 6 月徐州医科大学第二临床学院 2020 级及 2021级专升本康复治疗学专业的 161 名学生作为研究对象,分为对照组、试验组,对照组给予传统的线上直播教学模式,试验组给予基于在线网络平台的PBL教学法结合线上直播教学模式,分别采用理论、实践考核成绩和问卷调查的方式对教学效果进行评估.结果 试验组学生与对照组学生的理论考核平均成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组学生的实践考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组的满意度为 100%,高于对照组的 91.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 基于在线平台的PBL教学法应用于神经康复课程线上教学,可显著提高线上教学效果.
The Study on the Application of Online-PBL Teaching in Online Teaching of Neurological Rehabilitation
Objective To explore the role of online-PBL teaching in online teaching of neurological rehabilitation.Methods A total of 161 students majoring in rehabilitation therapy from the Second Clinical College of Xuzhou Medical University in 2020 and 2021 were selected as the teaching subjects and divided into a control group and an experimental group.The control group received traditional online live streaming teaching mode,while the experimental group received PBL teaching combined with online live streaming teaching mode based on online network platform.The effect was evaluated by means of theory,practical examination and questionnaire survey.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the average theoretical assessment scores between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The practical assessment scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 100%,which was higher than 91.25%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The online-PBL teaching can significantly improve the teaching effect.
