Current Situation and Countermeasures of Standardized Surgical Training for Military Medical Residents in Naval Grass-Roots Unit
Objective To explore the current status of standardized surgical training for residents in the basic units of the navy,research problems and countermeasures.Methods A total of 76 military medical residents in naval basic-level units who participated in the standardized surgical training for resident physicians in the Shanghai Changzheng Hospital from August 2019 to August 2021,were randomly selected to understand their satisfaction with the training and the training effect through questionnaire survey.Results The recovery rate was 100%,and all questionnaires were valid.96.05%and 98.68%of the trainees were satisfied with the management of the residential training base.86.84%thought that the formulation of residential training program was reasonable;13.16%thought that the three-level discipline rotation should have individuality;97.37%believe that residential beds meet learning needs;94.74%thought that the disease could meet the learning needs;92.11%thought that the clinical operation opportunity was insufficient;88.16%,85.53%,69.74%and 96.05%of the students believed that the theory,operation,teaching and medical ethics of teaching met the requirements of residential training,respectively.The satisfaction of clinical thinking was 78.95%,the satisfaction of doctor-patient communication was 76.32%,and the dissatisfaction of clinical research was 88.16%.Conclusion At present,there are some problems in the standardized training of basic military medicine and surgery,such as the lack of operation opportunities,the lack of coordination between theoretical learning and scientific research,and the lack of individual goals.It is necessary to strengthen the skill training and humanistic education of trainees,improve the teaching ability and strict teaching supervision.
