三维动画多媒体课件在小儿普通外科教学中的应用探讨

目的 探讨三维动画多媒体课件的应用对于小儿普通外科教学效果的影响.方法 选取 2020 年 7 月—2022 年 6 月于福建省儿童医院小儿普通外科实习的 72名医学生作为研究对象,根据三维动画多媒体课件在教学中的应用前后,分为对照组(2020年7月—2021年6月)36 名和试验组(2021 年 7 月—2022 年 6 月)36 名.对照组应用常规教学模式,试验组应用三维动画多媒体课件进行教学.针对 2 组学生的理论水平、技能操作水平进行考察与评价,调查学生对于教学的满意度.结果 试验组学生的疾病知识掌握程度评分[(94.17±3.94)分]、诊疗理论与方法掌握程度评分[(93.28±3.16)分]、急诊处理理论与方法掌握程度评分[(92.59±4.02)分]、技术操作规范掌握程度评分[(93.39±4.13)分]高于对照组[(88.62±5.36)分、(89.54±4.71)分、(86.73±4.86)分、(87.85±5.29)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).试验组学生的病史采集与体征监测评分[(92.57±3.08)分]、基本操作与特殊操作评分[(93.69±3.87)分]、应急处理评分[(91.03±2.54)分]、医患沟通评分[(92.89±3.43)分]高于对照组[(87.40±4.19)分、(86.02±4.04)分、(86.91±3.68)分、(88.02±4.19)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).试验组学生的满意度为97.22%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在小儿普通外科教学中,三维动画多媒体课件的应用,能够实现对传统教学模式的创新,进而提高教学效果,促进学生理论知识水平、技术操作水平的进步和提升.
Discussion on the Application of 3D Animation Multimedia Courseware in the Teaching of Pediatric General Surgery
Objective To explore the impact of the application of three-dimensional animated multimedia courseware on the teaching effectiveness of pediatric general surgery.Methods A total of 72 medical students who practiced in pediatric general surgery in Fujian Children's Hospital from July 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.Before and after the application of 3D animation multimedia courseware in teaching,there were 36 participants in the control group(from July 2020 to June 2021)and 36 participants in the experimental group(from July 2021 to June 2022).The control group was given conventional teaching mode,and the experimental group was given 3D animation multimedia courseware for teaching.The theoretical level and skill operation level of the two groups of students were investigated and evaluated,and the students'satisfaction with teaching was investigated.Results The students in experimental group had high scores on disease knowledge[(94.17±3.94)points],diagnosis and treatment theory and method[(93.28±3.16)points],emergency management theory and method[(92.59±4.02)points]and technical operation standard[(93.39±4.13)points],compared with control group[(88.62±5.36)points,(89.54±4.71)points,(86.73±4.86)points,(87.85±5.29)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of medical history collection and physical signs monitoring[(92.57±3.08)points],basic operation and special operation[(93.69±3.87)points],emergency treatment[(91.03±2.54)points]and doctor-patient communication[(92.89±3.43)points]of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group[(87.40±4.19)points,(86.02±4.04)points,(86.91±3.68)points,(88.02±4.19)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.22%,higher than that of the control group(77.78%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of pediatric general surgery,the application of three-dimensional animation multimedia courseware can realize the innovation of the traditional teaching mode,and then improve the teaching effect,and promote the progress and promotion of students'theoretical knowledge level and technical operation level.
