Application of Context-Oriented Nursing Teaching Mode in Obstetrics
Objective To study the clinical application effect of context-oriented nursing teaching mode in obstetrics.Methods A total of 50 nurses who practiced in the obstetrics and gynecology department of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects of this nursing teaching,according to the way the computer was randomly selected,according to the method of random selection and allocation by computer,these 50 practice nurses were divided into routine teaching group(n=25)and context-oriented group(n=25)according to different nursing teaching modes.The routine teaching group was given the conventional nursing teaching mode,while the context-oriented group was given the context-oriented nursing teaching mode.After the teaching,the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the practice nurses in the two groups were evaluated,and the satisfaction evaluation of the practice nurses in the two groups of teaching mode was compared.Results Before the teaching,there was no statistical significance in the scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills between the two groups(P>0.05).After the teaching,the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the practice nurses in the context-oriented group were(92.56±2.71)points and(93.57±2.85)points,while those of the practice nurses in the conventional teaching group were(85.83±6.13)points and(89.22±3.89)points.The score assessment results of practice nurses in the situation-oriented group were better than those in the routine teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of satisfaction of practice nurses,the total satisfaction of practice nurses in the situation-oriented group was better than that in the routine teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional nursing teaching mode,the context-oriented nursing teaching mode has a remarkable effect in the clinical application of obstetrics,which can not only improve the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the interns,but also improve the satisfaction of the interns to clinical teaching.
