Research on the Application of Curriculum Ideology and Politics in the Teaching of Internal Medicine Nursing
Objective To explore the application effect of ideological and political education in the teaching of Internal Medicine Nursing.Method A total of 160 nursing students from the Nursing College of Pingxiang Health Vocational College from September to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects and set as the observation group.In addition,160 students of the same grade from September to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and all students studied the course of Internal Medicine Nursing.The observation group applies ideological and political education courses in the classroom.The control group received routine teaching.After the teaching was completed,the teaching situation of the teacher and the learning situation of the students was evaluated.Results The satisfaction rate of the observation group students was 96.25%,which was higher than 90.63%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operational skills,theoretical knowledge,and emotional attitude scores of the observation group students[(92.34±3.67)points,(93.87±3.75)points,and(95.42±3.89)points]were higher than those of the control group[86.41±3.54)points,(85.67±3.21)points,and(88.18±3.74)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of ideological and political education in the teaching of Internal Medicine Nursing conforms to the patriotic education form advocated by the country,with a student-centered approach and a focus on cultivating students'innovative spirit,professional mission,team spirit,and patriotic consciousness.It can simultaneously impart professional knowledge and guide values,and is highly recognized by students.
