Exploration on Strategies for Cultivating Doctor-Patient Communication Ability in Medical Undergraduate Education
With the transformation of modern medical models,higher requirements have been placed on the doctor-patient communication ability of medical students and patients,and communication between doctors and patients has become increasingly important.Good doctor-patient communication ability has become one of the essential core competencies for modern doctors,and is key to establishing harmonious doctor-patient relationships and smoothly carrying out medical activities.For a long time,medical education in China has placed insufficient emphasis on the cultivation of doctor-patient communication ability among undergraduate medical students.In recent years,various universities have gradually carried out relevant teaching explorations,but have not yet formed a systematic and standardized training system.The article mainly focuses on the importance of cultivating doctor-patient communication ability,the current situation of doctor-patient communication education in China,and the exploration of strategies for cultivating doctor-patient communication ability,such as"changing concepts,emphasizing the cultivation of doctor-patient communication ability""early exposure to clinical practice""strengthening relevant course construction""hierarchical training,paying attention to student characteristics and teaching according to their aptitude""establishing an assessment mechanism for doctor-patient communication ability""strengthening comprehensive quality training,and enhancing job competence".At the same time,explore the strategies for cultivating communication ability between traditional Chinese medicine and patients in undergraduate medical education.
