The Application and Thinking of Patient Micro-Video Cases in the Clinical Teaching of Parkinson's Disease
Parkinson's disease(PD)is the second common neurodegenerative disease. With the acceleration of aging, the number of PD patients is increasing year by year. The early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease are difficult, and the differences in clinical manifestations, disease progression and drug reactivity are great, which bring great challenges to the daily teaching work for clinical teachers. With the development of the network era, video materials are abundant. The combination of multimedia teaching and traditional theoretical teaching has been widely used in daily teaching activities. As a new teaching resource,micro-video has been widely recognized for its characteristics of"prominent theme, short and concise, wide application".This paper introduces the characteristics and advantages of the Patient Micro-Video Cases(PMVCs)teaching in detail, discusses the production, teaching and application of PMVCs data, and prospects the combination of PMVCs teaching and problem-based learning(PBL)teaching mode in PD clinical teaching.
