Application of Endocrine Teaching Rounds Integrating Science Popularization and Ideological and Political Education in County Hospitals
Under the background of"ten thousand physicians support rural health project",as a tertiary teaching hospital medical workers in-depth rural health work,combined with the characteristics of endocrine diseases,in the process of reconstruction for the county hospitals generally lack of standardized teaching room process of the status quo,in order to improve the efficiency of medical aid to explore the county hospital teaching room model and deepen the love of the party,love of the country,love of injuries and care of change into the daily clinical work and other issues.In order to improve the efficiency of medical aid construction and explore the teaching room mode in line with the county-level hospitals,and to deepen the love of the party,patriotism,love of injuries and nursing care into the daily clinical work and other issues.Through the selection of typical cases,the integration of the elements of ideology and politics,and the introduction of popular science thinking into the teaching room,in order to achieve the demonstration of standardized teaching room process and save the lesson plans,and continue the teaching effect.At the same time,science-related issues as the starting point for teaching and discussion,is used to increase the interest of teaching and discussion points,and to promote the county-level physicians to popularize science to benefit the public.Eventually,the ideological and political concepts such as dedication to work,doctor-patient communication,love of injuries and care for patients will be transmitted to the county physicians,and the county physicians will embody the ideological and political mapping points such as humanistic care and communication and collaboration through the popularization of science production,which will ultimately improve the medical technology level,humanistic feelings and chronic disease prevention and treatment of physicians in county hospitals effectively.
