Evaluation on Teaching Quality of Standardized Training of Resident Physicians Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation
Teaching quality directly affects the quality of talent output,the reasonable and effective evaluation of teaching quality is an important guarantee to improve the standardized residency training quality and the residential training system.In response to the complexity,ambiguity,and difficulty in quantifying qualitative indicators in the evaluation of teaching quality in standardized training of resident physicians,one teaching quality evaluation method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed.Firstly,a first level evaluation is conducted by determining the factor set and evaluation set,conducting a single factor evaluation,and then determining the weights of each factor for comprehensive evaluation.Secondly,a two-level or multi-level comprehensive evaluation is conducted,the teaching quality evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation also is conducted.Finally,the evaluation method of teaching quality of standardized residency training is studied through an example of teaching quality evaluation.
