Research and Practice on the Monitoring Mechanism of Regular Quality Effect of Moral Education and All-round People Cultivation in Medical Colleges and Universities
In order to construct the quality monitoring and evaluation system of fostering moral education through medical higher education,the quality monitoring and evaluation notion must be updated,the standards of quality monitoring and evaluation clarified,the elements of quality monitoring and evaluation specified,the methods and techniques of quality monitoring improved,the importance of continuous medical education quality improvement emphasized,and the traits of the time fully reflected.Based on the reality of medical higher education,this study develops a high-quality education and teaching management system,improves the standards of key links in education and teaching,optimates the information platform of medical education and teaching quality monitoring,establishes a closed-loop multidimensional and three-dimensional quality monitoring and evaluation system,and creates a talent training monitoring and assurance mechanism with a flawless system,efficient operation,strong rectification,and continual improvement.The goal of this research is to achieve the effective integration of regular quality monitoring of moral education and talent training monitoring and evaluation measurement in the process of education and teaching,as well as to achieve the goal of cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round development in moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor development.
