Research on Standardized Training and Teaching Mode for Residents of Different Specialties in Ultrasound Medicine Department
The standardized training of residents is an important way of continuing education for medical students after graduation.It plays a role of connecting the past and the future.Through the standardized training,they can become doctors with professional skills and moral cultivation,so as to achieve the goal of improving the overall level of diagnosis and treatment of doctors.The standardized training of residents in ultrasonic medicine is an important part of continuing medical education.Ultrasound medicine is an important part of imaging medicine,and constitutes imaging diagnosis technology with nuclear medicine and magnetic resonance imaging.Ultrasound medicine is an interdisciplinary discipline,which has certain intersection with many disciplines,and plays an important role in clinical work guidance.This paper introduces the individualized and hierarchical training for the students of different specialties in the ultrasonics residential training base according to the characteristics of different specialties,and discusses the hierarchical teaching mode of standardized training for the ultrasonics residential training doctors.This will make the theoretical knowledge of students majoring in ultrasound more solid and the operation skills more standardized and exquisite,while the students majoring in non-ultrasound will have a broader range of knowledge and closer discipline ties.
