Exploration on the Training Mode of Information Professionals in Medical Colleges and Universities
"New engineering"is a reform program of higher engineering education with Chinese characteristics,which is made by higher engineering education in response to the global situation,the development situation of engineering education in China and the national strategy,this article is built in the"new engineering"under the background of the construction of medical information-related professional construction.Some achievements have been made in three aspects:first,according to the training goal of"first-class"professional applied talents,combining with the specialty characteristics and social needs,taking the credit system reform as an opportunity,focusing on personality development,advocating teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and heuristic teaching,and scientifically and reasonably constructing a human-oriented talent training program that combines theoretical learning with practical ability training.The second is to strengthen the construction of the connotation of the skill competition,condense the competition characteristics,perfect the competition contents and create the competition atmosphere,constructing the practical teaching system aiming at the training of students practical skills,setting up the professional laboratory with perfect function,expanding the space of practical teaching,effectively improving students practical skills and increasing the employment rate.Third,a new model of training learning-type teachers has been explored through the activities of teachers entering hospitals,enterprises and enterprise engineers entering classrooms.
