Study on the Path of Integrating"Four Histories"Education Into Health Human Resource Management Curriculum
The CPC Central Committee has always attached great importance to the education of"four histories".Colleges and universities are the main front to carry out the"four history"education,and the professional courses also undertake the sacred mission of promoting morality and educating people.In the teaching process of professional courses,we should fully explore the educational elements of"four histories"and integrate"four histories"education into the whole process of preparation,implementation and evaluation of professional courses,which is conducive to ensuring the effectiveness of"four histories"education,keeping the professional courses and ideological and political education in the same direction and forming a synergistic effect.Taking the health human resources management course as an example,this paper systematically discusses the ideological and political plan design of integrating"four histories"education into the course,expounds the specific integration link in detail from the course objectives and teaching process,and provides the teaching evaluation plan of integrating"four histories"education into the course from the learning state,evaluation methods and evaluation topics,and further forms the teaching reflection of"four histories":improve their"four history"accomplishment,skillfully bridge professional courses.Implement precise design to achieve a subtle impact,foster effective communication between teachers and students and stimulate active student participation,integrate teaching methods and continuously reform ideological and political education.
