基于BOPPPS教学模式的护理管理学课程思政建设路径的探索

摘要
文章以BOPPPS教学模式为主轴,以"中国特色社会主义制度优势、中华传统优秀文化、护士人文素养"三大主题为切入点,立足护理学专业学生思想行为特点,设计并开展护理管理学"课程思政",采用形成性评价和问卷调查对课程思政教学效果进行评价,综合学生参与式学习效果、课堂总结、行为反馈等结果,课程组教师研讨后认为绝大多数学生实现既定课程思政学习目标.问卷调查结果显示,90%以上学生表示通过护理管理学课程学习,进一步增强了爱党爱国爱社会主义的理想信念,进一步增强了护理职业精神和人文素养,进一步增强了专业认同、社会责任感和科学思维方法.研究证明,基于BOPPPS教学模式的"课程思政"在护理管理学课程中应用效果良好,有利于将课程思政贯穿于教育教学全过程,在潜移默化中实现"盐溶于水"的育人目标.
Abstract
The article focuses on the BOPPPS teaching model,taking the three major themes of"the advantages of China's socialist system with Chinese characteristics,excellent traditional Chinese culture,and nurses'humanistic literacy"as the starting point.Based on the ideological and behavioral characteristics of nursing students,it designs and implements"ideological and political education in nursing management courses."It adopts formative evaluation and questionnaire surveys to evaluate the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political education.After discussing the results of students'participatory learning,classroom summaries,and behavioral feedback,the course team teachers believe that the majority of students have achieved the established learning objectives of ideological and political education.The results of the questionnaire survey showed that more than 90%of the students said that through the study of nursing management courses,they further enhanced the ideal and belief of loving the party,loving the country and loving socialism,further enhanced the nursing professional spirit and humanistic literacy,and further enhanced the professional identity,social responsibility and scientific thinking method.The research proves that the"curriculum thought and politics"based on BOPPPS teaching mode has good effect in the nursing management course,which is conducive to the curriculum thought and politics running through the whole process of education and teaching,and realizing the education goal of"salt dissolves in water"imperceptibly.
