Discussion on the Teaching Strategy of Pharmaceutical Administration in Clinical Pharmacy
Objective To explore the effect of teaching reform in the course of Pharmaceutical Administration with the combination of diversified teaching mode and the reconstruction the group of teachers.Methods A total of 414 students majoring in pharmacy(including 153 students majoring in cli n i c a l pharmacy)studying the course of Pharmaceutical Administration from 2019 to 2020 in Guizhou Medical University were selected as the study objects,and the research period was from September 2021 to January 2023.Specifically,the control group adopted traditional teaching method and teachers team,and the experimental group adopted the diversified teaching model combined with the reconstruction of teachers.Meanwhile,practical teaching would be increased for students majoring in clinical pharmacy.Results The failure rate of the students in the control group was as high as 9.47%(18 students),while the experimental group reduced to 2.23%(5 students)in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,the failure rate of clinical pharmacy students in the control group was as high as 10.84%(9 students),and the failure rate of clinical pharmacy students in the experimental group was only 2.74%(2 students),and the difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire survey demonstrated that 73.16%of the students in the control group(139 students)thought that the exam was difficult,while the students in the experimental group thought that the exam was difficult decreased to 51.78%(116 students),and the difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the teaching satisfaction of clinical pharmacy students in experimental group was significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The article can significantly improve the teaching effect of Pharmaceutical Administration course through the combination of diversified teaching mode and the optimization of teachers,and significantly improve the teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of clinical pharmacy major students with practical teaching,which is of great significance for improving students'learning interest in this course and improving students'academic performance.
