Application of Rain Classroom Combined With PDCA in the Online Teaching of Rehabilitation Therapy Graduate Interns
Objective To investigate the impact of rain classroom combined with PDCA in the online teaching of graduate intern students majoring in rehabilitation therapy.Methods From March to April of 2022 a total of 65 intern students from the 2018 grade of rehabilitation therapy at China Medical University were selected as the research objects.Using rain classroom in conjunction with PDCA to complete the six-week online teaching of graduate internship.Every week,analyzed the rain classroom scores of all students during online practice.Results The scores of all the students 6 weeks of rain class answer[(79.82±9.18)points,(69.78±13.01)points,(59.66±13.42)points,(67.45±15.04)points,(67.63±14.20)points,(67.78±13.78)points]were statistically significant(P<0.001).Rain Classroom scores began to decline in the second week,gradually increased in the fourth week,and tended to stabilize.The weekly scores of female students were higher than those of male students,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rain classroom in conjunction with PDCA builds a multidimensional online internship management structure.It is helpful to continuously improve students'clinical thinking,as well as the quality monitoring of teaching management,ultimately improving the teaching standards and quality.
