The Application of Reflective Task Driven Teaching Method in Clinical Nursing Teaching of Gastroenterology
Objective To analyze the application effect of reflective task-driven teaching method in gastroenterology clinical nursing teaching.Methods A total of 74 nursing students who interned in the department of gastroenterology at the Fujian Medical University Union Hospital from July 2019 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Among them,38 nursing students from July 2019 to June 2021 were used as the control group,and 36 nursing students from July 2021 to June 2023 were used as the observation group.The control group used traditional teaching mode,while the observation group used reflective task driven teaching method.Before and after teaching,the critical thinking disposition test(CTDI-CV)was used to evaluate the theoretical,operational,and critical thinking abilities of the two groups of nursing students after the internship.Results The average theoretical scores of nursing students in the observation group were(93.33±2.60)points,and the average skill scores were(94.42±2.22)points,while the average theoretical scores of nursing students in the control group were(91.68±1.51)points,and the average skill scores were(92.42±1.06)points,the observation group were significantly better than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average score of critical thinking ability was(253.53±5.33)points in the observation group and(239.84±4.67)points in the control group.The total score of critical thinking ability of the nursing students of observation group after the implementation of teaching was higher than that of the nursing students of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of reflective task driven teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of gastroenterology not only improves the basic theoretical knowledge and operational skills of nursing students,but also effectively cultivates their critical thinking ability,thereby enhancing their comprehensive ability.
