反思任务驱动教学法在消化内科临床护理教学中的应用

目的 分析反思任务驱动教学法在消化内科临床护理教学中的应用效果.方法 选取 2019 年 7 月—2023年 6 月在福建医科大学附属协和医院消化内科实习的护理护生 74 名为研究对象.其中 2019 年 7 月—2021 年 6月的 38 名护生作为对照组,2021 年 7 月—2023 年 6 月的 36 名护生作为观察组.对照组应用传统带教模式,观察组应用反思任务驱动教学法,教学前后采用批判性思维倾向测试量表(critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version,CTDI-CV)进行测评,比较 2 组护生实习结束后的理论、操作成绩以及批判性思维能力.结果 观察组护生理论成绩平均为(93.33±2.60)分,技能成绩平均为(94.42±2.22)分,对照组护生理论成绩平均为(91.68±1.51)分,技能成绩平均为(92.42±1.06)分,观察组护生理论和操作成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生教学后批判性思维能力总评分平均为(253.53±5.33)分,对照组护生教学后批判性思维能力总评分平均为(239.84±4.67)分,观察组护生教学实施后的批判性思维能力总得分高于对照组护生总得分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 反思任务驱动教学法应用于消化内科临床护理教学中不仅可提高护生基础理论知识和操作技能水平,还能有效培养护生批判性思维能力,进而提升其综合能力.
The Application of Reflective Task Driven Teaching Method in Clinical Nursing Teaching of Gastroenterology
Objective To analyze the application effect of reflective task-driven teaching method in gastroenterology clinical nursing teaching.Methods A total of 74 nursing students who interned in the department of gastroenterology at the Fujian Medical University Union Hospital from July 2019 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Among them,38 nursing students from July 2019 to June 2021 were used as the control group,and 36 nursing students from July 2021 to June 2023 were used as the observation group.The control group used traditional teaching mode,while the observation group used reflective task driven teaching method.Before and after teaching,the critical thinking disposition test(CTDI-CV)was used to evaluate the theoretical,operational,and critical thinking abilities of the two groups of nursing students after the internship.Results The average theoretical scores of nursing students in the observation group were(93.33±2.60)points,and the average skill scores were(94.42±2.22)points,while the average theoretical scores of nursing students in the control group were(91.68±1.51)points,and the average skill scores were(92.42±1.06)points,the observation group were significantly better than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average score of critical thinking ability was(253.53±5.33)points in the observation group and(239.84±4.67)points in the control group.The total score of critical thinking ability of the nursing students of observation group after the implementation of teaching was higher than that of the nursing students of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of reflective task driven teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of gastroenterology not only improves the basic theoretical knowledge and operational skills of nursing students,but also effectively cultivates their critical thinking ability,thereby enhancing their comprehensive ability.
