Study on the Influence of Situational Simulation Teaching on Teaching Satisfaction in Obstetrics and Gynecology Teaching
Objective To explore the application effect of situational teaching mode in obstetrics and gynecology teaching and its impact on teaching satisfaction.Methods A total of 82 medical students who interned in the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected.According to a random number table,the medical students were divided into a control group(41 students)and an observation group(41 students).The control group received traditional teaching mode,while the observation group received situational teaching mode.Compared the learning effectiveness,assessment scores,teaching quality,and teaching satisfaction of medical students after being assessed by two teaching modes.Results After using two teaching modes and evaluating the test scores of students,medical students in the observation group scored[(72.21±15.43)points,(69.07±2.96)points,(59.49±2.34)points,(65.48±2.39)points]higher than the control group[(52.24±12.42)points,(51.03±1.41)points,(45.34±2.32)points and(55.49±1.06)points]with statistical significance(P<0.001).After two modes of teaching evaluation,it was found that the observation group of medical students had significantly better grades than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After intervention,the observation group scored higher than the control group in terms of theoretical knowledge teaching,practical operation,professional knowledge mastery,and classroom atmosphere,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Adopt two modes of teaching,after evaluation and display,it was found that the satisfaction of the observation group students in improving their learning interest,self-directed learning,practical operation level,and problem-solving ability was higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The application effect of situational teaching mode in obstetrics and gynecology teaching is relatively ideal,which can effectively improve the learning effect and academic performance of medical students,improve teaching quality,and significantly improve teaching satisfaction.
