Application of Flipped Classroom Based on Mind Mapping in the Post Competency Training of Nurses in the Supply Room
Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom based on mind map in the post competency training of nurses in the supply room. Methods A total of 78 newly recruited nurses in Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.Using the random number table method,39 nurses were divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group carried out routine training, while the observation group applied flipped classroom based on mind map in training. The post competency, theoretical operation assessment results and training satisfaction of nurses in the two groups were compared. Results After the training, the observation group score was(92.34±17.52)points in theoretical assessment and(90.69±17.11)points in operational assessment than the control group scored(84.78±15.29)points in operational assessment and(83.40±14.92)points in operational assessment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The post competency and training satisfaction of nurses in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the flipped classroom teaching mode based on mind map in the training of nurses'post competency in the supply room can effectively improve nurses'post competency, improve the theoretical and operational assessment results and training satisfaction, and has a certain application effect.
