The Effect of Multimodal Image Fusion Assisted CBL Teaching on Residential Training in Cardiovascular Medicine
Objective To explore the effect of multimodal image fusion(MMIF)assisted case based learning(CBL)teaching on the standardized training(residential training)of cardiovascular physicians. Methods A total of 60 resident physicians rotating in the department of cardiovascular medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the subjects.According to different rotation time, the rotation doctors from October 2021 to March 2022 were set as the control group, with a total of 27 physicians;the rotation doctors from April 2022 to October 2022 were set as the observation group, with a total of 33 physicians. The control group was given conventional teaching mode, and the observation group was given MMIF assisted CBL teaching method. The teaching lasted for 2 months in both groups. The theoretical knowledge, practical ability, autonomous learning ability and clinical thinking ability of the two groups were evaluated before and after teaching. The teaching satisfaction of doctors in 2 groups was assessed. Results The satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(96.67%vs.77.78%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching, the scores of theoretical knowledge, practical ability, autonomous learning ability and clinical thinking ability of 2 groups were increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MMIF assisted CBL teaching method has a good effect in the residential training of cardiovascular medicine, which can improve students'theoretical performance, practical ability, and self-learning ability, and cultivate their clinical thinking ability.
