The Effect of CTTM Moocs Combined With Flipped Classroom on the Standardized Training of Residents
Objective To evaluate the application teaching value of case threedimensional teaching method(CTTM)MOOCs combined with flipped classroom teaching in the standardized training teaching of urology residents. Methods A total of 90 standardized training trainees of resident doctors rotating in the department of urology,Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University from August 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group with 45 participants in each group by 1:1 comparison grouping method. The traditional teaching was received in the control group;the CTTM MOOCs combined with flipped classroom teaching was received in the observation group. The differences of assessment results, clinical ability and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of the observation group were(91.25±3.24)points,(93.58±2.49)points and(94.02±1.06)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group[(86.45±2.47)points,(85.26±3.51)points and(84.79±4.59)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of CTTM MOOCs combined with flipped classroom teaching in standardized training and teaching of resident urologists can greatly improve the theoretical, operational, and comprehensive quality grades of students. At the same time, the evaluation of students'clinical abilities by the teaching teacher is also higher, and students are more satisfied with this teaching mode.
