The Role of Curriculum Ideology and Politics in the Integration Concept of Cardiac Rehabilitation in the Teaching of Geriatric Cardiovascular Diseases
Objective To explore the role of curriculum ideology and politics based on the integration concept of cardiac rehabilitation in the clinical teaching of geriatric cardiovascular diseases.Methods A total of 112 clinical medical trainees of grade 2019 and grade 2021 in Hainan Hospital of Chinese PLA General Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 56 subjects in each group.The teaching method of junior college practical operation based on the integration concept of cardiac rehabilitation was adopted in the control group,while the teaching method of curriculum ideology and politics based on the integration concept of cardiac rehabilitation was adopted in the research group.The scores of theoretical and practical tests,Tennessee self concept scale(TSCS),teaching satisfaction and self-efficacy evaluation of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and practical test scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TSCS score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the study group was 91.07%,higher than that of the control group(71.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-efficacy evaluation score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The curriculum of ideological and political education based on the integration concept of cardiac rehabilitation has remarkable roles,which can effectively improve the theoretical and practical assessment score,TSCS scores,teaching satisfaction and self-efficacy evaluation score of clinical medical trainees.Ideological and political education based on the integration concept of cardiac rehabilitation embodies the real value of the diagnosis and treatment of geriatric cardiovascular diseases.
