示范小组在护理培训中的运用与实践

目的 探讨示范小组在护理培训中的运用与实践效果.方法 2022年1-12月,选择重庆医科大学附属第三医院手术室21名在职护士成立示范小组,以《手术室护理实践指南》为主要参考内容,结合相应制度、规范,制定科室全年培训计划和督查计划.比较小组成立前后理论成绩、医生满意度.结果小组成立后理论分数[(90.48±5.08)分]高于小组成立前[(73.78±7.87)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).小组成立后医生满意度(90.6%)高于小组成立前(37.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论 示范小组为实现科室同质化管理起到良好的推动作用,为规范并提升科室护士在职教育培训能力和科室护士专科护理技术,提升同行满意度,提供一个良好参考方法.
Application and Practice of Demonstration Group in Nursing Training
Objective To explore the application and practical effect of demonstration group in nursing training.Methods From January to December 2022,a total of 21 in-service nurses in the operating room of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were selected to set up a demonstration group,and the annual training plan and supervision plan of the department were formulated based on the Practice Guide for Operating Room Nursing as the main reference,combined with corresponding systems and norms.The theoretical scores and doctors'satisfaction before and after the establishment of the group were compared.Results The theoretical score after the establishment of the group[(90.48±5.08)points]was higher than that before the establishment of the group[(73.78±7.87)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The satisfaction of doctors after the establishment of the group(90.6%)was higher than that before the establishment of the group(P<0.001),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The model of demonstration group plays a good role in promoting the homogenization of department management,provides a good reference method for standardizing and improving the in-service education and training ability of department nurses and the specialized nursing technology of department nurses,and improves the satisfaction of colleagues.
