VR技术组建高清关节镜平台在骨科临床教学中的应用研究

目的 探究虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)技术组建高清关节镜平台在骨科手术基本技能操作教学中的临床教学效果.方法 选择 2021 年 9 月—2022 年 1 月深圳大学医学部 2020 级临床医学本科班的 40 名学生作为研究对象,将其按随机数表法分为试验组和对照组,每组20 名.试验组采用VR技术组建高清关节镜平台教学模式进行授课,对照组采用传统教学法进行授课.之后,对教学效果进行评估,采用标准化的闭卷考评模式和满意度调查问卷模式来评价教学效果.结果 2 组考试成绩优良率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).试验组总满意率(100%)高于对照组(70%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 骨科临床教学应用VR技术组建高清关节镜平台能提高学生的学习兴趣,并有助于他们掌握课本知识.同时,VR技术能有效弥补传统教学模式的不足之处,使医学教学更加高效、精准和直观.此外,逐步推动医学教育培训模式的创新,为骨科规范化教学培训提供了强有力的技术支持.
Application Research on VR Technology to Construct High Definition Arthroscopy Platform in Orthopedics Clinical Teaching
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of virtual reality(VR)technology in teaching basic orthopedic surgical skills.Methods A total of 40 students from the 2020 clinical medicine undergraduate class of Shenzhen University Health Center from September 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 20 students in each group.The high-definition arthroscopy platform teaching mode based on VR technology was used in the experimental group,while the the traditional teaching method was used in the control group.After that,the teaching effect was evaluated,and the standardized closed-book evaluation model and satisfaction questionnaire model were used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of excellent and good scores between two groups of exams(P>0.05).The total satisfaction rate of experimental group(100%)was higher than that of control group(70%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The findings of this study indicate that the integration of VR technology into orthopedic clinical teaching significantly enhances students'learning engagement and promotes their mastery of textbook knowledge.Furthermore,VR technology effectively overcomes the limitations of traditional instructional approaches,enabling medical education to be more efficient,precise,and immersive.Consequently,the innovative utilization of VR technology in medical education and training establishes a robust foundation for standardized orthopedic teaching and training.
