摘要

目的 探讨基于学情分析的教学设计在神经系统体格检查(neurologic examination,NE)教学中的应用效果.方法 2021 年 10-12 月,选取重庆医科大学同一年级康复治疗学专业 63 名学生作为研究对象.按照学号排序分为为 2 组:A组 31 名,B组 32 名.A组采用NE的优化教学方案进行教学,而B组则采用NE的传统教学方案进行教学.通过课后现场考核方式,对比 2组不同的教学方式,以评估学生在NE运用方面的表现.结果 A组的考核得分[(95.355±1.199 分)]高于B组的考核得分[(94.219±2.882)分],差异有统计学意义(P=0.046).结论 基于学情分析的教学设计可提升NE的教学效果,因此,教师在NE教学设计过程中应当注重学情分析.

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of teaching design based on learning situation analysis in the teaching of neurologic examination(NE).Methods From October to December 2021,a total of 63 students majoring in rehabilitation therapy in the same grade of Chongqing Medical University were selected as the research objects.They are divided into 2 groups according to student number:31 students in group A and 32 students in group B.The optimized teaching scheme of NE was adopted in the group A,while the traditional teaching scheme of NE was adopted in group B.The students'performance in NE application was evaluated by comparing two different teaching methods after class.Results The score of group A[(95.355±1.199 points)]was higher than that of group B[(94.219±2.882)points],the difference was statistically significant(P=0.046).Conclusion Teaching design based on learning situation analysis can improve the NE teaching efficiency,and teachers should pay more attention to the learning situation analysis in NE teaching design.
